Leonardi Gran Riserva Gorgonzola is our premium line of sweet Gorgonzola,
produced exclusively in the Igor Group´s artisanal dairies, according to the finest cheesemaking tradition.
It is an excellent product distinguished by its sweet flavor,
rich in unique nuances, and its creaminess.
To produce Leonardi Gran Riserva,
only milk from
select farms in the Novara area,
certified for 100% animal welfare,
according to the ClassyFarm standard, is used.
It is aged for a minimum of 80
days, has a sweet flavor and a
creamy texture, and is certified
naturally lactose-free (LFree),
approved by the AILI (Italian Association of Lactose Intolerants).
